Catherine Gutierrez
UX Researcher
Catherine is a UX designer and independent studio founder with a background in both indie and AAA gaming. Since 2017, she has provided user research services for startups in games and XR. She worked in quality assurance at Electronic Arts and Ubisoft, where she helped produce The Sims Mobile and Rocksmith+ from 2017 - 2024. She studied game development and earned her MA at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Catherine now independently creates puzzle adventure games using Unreal Engine, and composes music for her games. She is also a performing DJ and pop songwriter who teaches electronic music composition and performance.


Godavari Hughes
Game Designer
Godavari Hughes is a versatile game designer with a background in designing systems, mechanics, game loops, and pitch decks for mobile games. She has worked on titles for Paramount, Niantic, and Rovio as Lead Game Designer at JumpButton Studio. While designing an MMO AR mobile game for Niantic, Inc., the game's original IP received an investment from Niantic. She earned her bachelor’s in Game Design from Full Sail University. You can catch her in her spare time creating quality of life and gameplay mods for The Sims 4. Godavari is also undefeated in the game of Battleship with 10 wins 0 losses.
Lily Liang
Game Producer
Lily is a Senior Project Manager for a New York design agency managing the Samsung creative portfolio. Her background began in the game industry on operations and crossed over into product development and marketing. With over 6 years of experience in project management, she oversaw marketing efforts and development for Slime Rancher 2, contributing to the game’s impressive 98% positive score and over 6 million units sold, resulting in over 15 million players worldwide.
Lily also played a pivotal role in the historic launch of XDefiant, which achieved 3 million unique players within just two days, backed by a substantial $80+ million budget across global studios.
Her mission is to deliver top-notch experiences, leveraging Agile methodologies to align cross-functional teams and drive both product and brand identity.
